The levels of studying
The first level (I) training courses are meant for
beginners and almost beginners and aim at acquiring basic vocabulary
and every day grammar.
Class participants will learn how to perform everyday tasks in French
or Spanish such as ordering in restaurants, buying medicine, calling
for an appointment, taking trains, etc, along with thorough explanations
of grammar that will make them able to fully understand what they learn.
It is easy, and common, to forget something you learnt; it is impossible
to forget something you understood.
The Refresher courses are designed to reactivate dormant
or forgotten skills; they are for people who have already studied a
language and need to refresh their knowledge to smooth and improve their
practice. They will help you refresh your grammar, spelling, writing
and syntax skills so that you will be able to enter a second level course.
The second level (II) training courses gather students
who can follow an everyday life conversation, understand a non-specialized
text or a movie, but have trouble to use their knowledge. The stress
is put on an intensive training to oral and written practice through
varied activities.
The Long and Intensive Training Courses (Levels I and II and remedial courses) offer 80h of lessons, exercises and practice for 4 weeks, within a group of 10 students (max).
The Short and Intensive Training Courses (Level II and remedial courses) offer 18h of lessons, exercises and practice for 4 weeks, within a group of 10 students (max).
are organized during the school holidays for teachers.
Our thematic workshops helps you to improve your knowledge of a language either as pleasantly or as usefully as possible.
